Your daily habits have the power to create an  image, builds your personality and brigten your future . Let's  discuss about some of your common daily bad  habits which 
 You are trying to break. Smoking cigarette, drinking alcohol, nail biting, phone addiction, watching TV , sleeping for long hours, shaking your legs, eating junk food, laziness etc.These are some of the bad habits which will drag you towards your failure and darkness.

I genuinely know that you had been tried a dozen of times to break those bad habits which temporarily exist in you. But, no one gets succeed in their first attempt. It is hard to break all those habits but, it is not impossible. 
So,Here you will get super 15 tips which will surely help you to break your bad habits. 

1)  FIND A REASON.

In order to break all your bad habits the first and important thing you have to do is find the reason of that bad habit. It means find the reason which triggers you to do that.  For finding the reason you have to  find the answers of this questions When, where  and How.

In order to understand this let's take an example.
Suppose you want to break a habit of Drinking alcohol, then first you have to find the reason what triggers you to drink. 

🔹 when you drink alcohol ?
➡  During a lunch time.
🔹 Where you drink that alcohol ?
➡  At office
🔹How you had been formed this              habit?
 ➡  By looking at your seniors in the office.      

So, whatever habit you have decided to break, find the reason.

2) SET A TARGET.

Whatever habit you have decided to break whether it is a phone addiction, or a drug addiction, etc set a target for yourself. Set a deadline for 20 days or you can tell yourself that at the end of the week you can break this bad habit. 

Because when you are giving a deadline to yourself your mind gets a signal to work on that habit. There is an old saying " A goal without a deadline always remains a goal". Here your goal is to break that bad habit that exist in you.

3) RECALL 

Recall and remind yourself all the habits that you wish to change. You might be knowing the role played by the advertisement because, most of the things or products that had been entered in your home is because of  advertising. In simple words keep giving advertise to yourself again and again  that you have to break this bad habit. 

4) START  SLOW.

 Whatever habit you have decided to break just take a small action don't plan too much because, that too much will demotivate you so much.
Suppose you are a late bird ( late riser) and you want to wake up 1 hour early in the morning then take a small step, try to wake up 10 min early and then expand to 20 min early and finally one day you will wake up 1 hour early in the morning.

Remember that you can't change your habits in one day but, that day 1 would  be playing a very crucial role in order to change your habits.

5)  TAKE  SUPPORT

When you were in a college your friends might be encouraged you to smoke with them and because of that,  today you had been indulged in this  smoking habit. So, today you should take a support of your close friends or bestiee in order to get rid of this bad habit.  When you would be restless or feeling discouraged and demotivated  this friends would be supporting you at that time.

6)  MAKE AN ENVIRONMENT.

 It is very important to Set your environment according to your habits.
Suppose you had been a habit of eating chocolate, cookies and cakes 
 then remove those unhealthy snacks and fill you refrigerator with full of healthy  fruits. At that time when you open the door of refrigerator you will get only some healthy fruits and dates. You have only one choice is to eat that healthy food.

7) REPLACE A BAD WITH GOOD.

You should never try to suppress your bad habits. Because suppression creates a gap and that gap converts into a negative emotions like anger and frustration  and you become restless. Instead of suppressing your bad habits and giving invitation to other problems it's better to replace your bad habit with some good habit.

Let's take an example : If you had been a habit of smoking during your lunch time at that time you can replace it by taking deep breathe, walking for 10 to 15 minutes or you can eat some healthy snacks or you can chat or talk with some of your friends.

8) MAKE A 'PLAN B' IN ADVANCE.

In order to break your habits you had been made a plan. But according to me you should also make a plan B in advance. Because, at some point if you are demotivated and giving up at that time that plan B would be playing a very crucial role.

Suppose you are trying to get rid of drinking alcohol and you tried a lot but at the end of the day you had been drunk one sip of whiskey. In order to avoid this make a plan B. So, your plan B can be like this that is, if you fail to control yourself at that time you should empty your whiskey bottle  not by drinking but  pouring in the washbasin and fill that whiskey bottle with water or you can challenge yourself that If I will drink this then I would tear out my 5000₹ note.

9)  FORGIVE YOURSELF AND MOVE ON.

You had been convinced yourself that today onwards you will not check  the last seen of your friends or you will spend only 15 min on social media and you had been tried a lot but, you failed. Let me assure you that, it's okay! The only thing you have to do is just, forgive yourself and move on.
Because you know that one day you you would be getting rid out of all those bad habits that temporarily exist in you.

10) "DO IT LATER" TECHNIQUE

I know that you know that, procrastination is the thief of success. But while breaking a bad habit procrastination is  a very helpful method.

If  you want to smoke a cigarette and your mind is becoming restless to smoke. Instead of avoiding tell yourself that you will smoke but, not now after 20 minutes. This is known as a do it later method.

11) MAKE A NEW RELATIONSHIP & BREAK-UP WITH OLD ONE.

In simple words you have to make a new relationship with  all your good habits which is directly connected to your success and break-up  with all your bad habits which is directly pouring you, to the darkness of your future.

12) STOP GIVING EXCUSES.

Stop giving excuses about all your bad habits.
🔹Smoking cigarettes ➡ Weight lose.
🔹Drinking Alcohol ➡ Increases your                                   concentration span.
🔹 Sleeping for longer duration ➡                    feeling relaxed and stress free

These are the worthless excuses that you give to Yourself. If you want to break your bad habits then stop giving those rubbish hacks to yourself.

13) PERSISTENCY AND CONSISTENCY.

One day you will get rid out of these bad habits. But, it will happen only if you put your efforts consistently.

14) CHALLENGE  YOURSELF.
