   Human emotions plays a vital role in human life. Through emotions we can understand or guess the nature of human being.  One of the human emotion is anger. But,  being angry on the right people is sometime okay. When you become angry again and again it will going to harm you. You will not understand this now, but you will be realised after few moments.

 Think before you speak. But, the funniest thing is that when we are angry usually this line had no meaning. The reason is when we tell something on anger we lost our thinking ability and the truth is our tongue runs much faster than our brain when we were in anger.

At some point we all get angry and we lost our control on our mind  and indirectly we hurt our loved ones.

In order to get rid out of anger issues it is very important to know that why and when we get angry.
1. When someone tell us that you are wrong and I m right. Sometimes this might be the reason for being a angry person.

3. Suppose you are in stress due to office related problems and at that time some ridiculous questions had been asked by someone at that time you had a opportunity to burst in that person.
4. While walking on the road, suppose we hit the rock and fall on the ground.
When people used to laugh at you, it might be the reason to convert your fresh mood in a frustrated mood.
5. When someone insult you in front of hundred people without being any reason. At that point we get angered.

This might be some of the reason for you to being on the trap of the anger.
So, before your anger controls you,
let's find some ways how we can control our anger.

1) SHUT YOUR MOUTH.

When you get angry on some person 
It might be for any reason. So, at that time don't think or try to explain the person in the front of you that, you are wrong, you are overreacting. Instead of explaining about right or wrong just do one thing that just shut your mouth. Control it. Don't utter a single word from your mouth. Just lock it.
Because when you are in anger ,you just don't know what you are saying,
even your thinking ability become zero at that time. Instead of poking out some rubbish words just try to shut your mouth. 

When you use this shutting your mouth tip then the best thing about this tip is instead of opening mouth and poking some bad words, which had the power to spoil your relationship or it might be disturbing you mentally just don't utter anything 
from your mouth and keep on reminding yourself and your brain that it is not a good time to say something.

I know it might be not easy for you that the person in front of you keep on abusing, shouting, and scolding. At time you it would be difficult for you to shutting your mouth. But, try this in order to maintain your relationship. At first you won't be able to do that. But give your 100% and try it!

2) DRINK SOME WATER.

Drinking water might help you to control your anger. Because when we are on anger we don't know what is right or wrong, at that time we know only one thing is to burst with all those rubbish words on that person.
In order to control drink water as much as possible. Because the more water you will drink the more oxygen will be supplying through your brain.
By the cooling capacity of water it will also help you to become calm and relaxed.
So, drink water and controlled your anger.

3) COUNT NUMBERS.

yaa, you had read a correct tip. Keep reading,  counting numbers would be going to definitely help you to deal with anger issues. Because when you count numbers not from 1 to 10 but in a reverse order that is from 10 to 1.
But the question is how much you have to count? Let me tell you that your intensity of anger decides that 
how much you have to count.

Let's take example: If you are angry not too much but because of some  work stress then count from 1 to 20 but, in a reverse order.
Another example: If you were fighting with a person not for some 5 to 10 minutes but for almost 1 to 2 hour then you should count 1 to 100 again in a reverse order.

So, count numbers according to the intensity of your anger.

4) BREATHE IN, BREATHE OUT.

When we were on anger, we breathe too fast. You all might be knowing dogs they breathe too fast and due to that they were considered as a angry  domestic animal. Because of our fast breathing our intensity of anger increases and we say all  those things which we usually don't had to say.
So, at that time just close your eyes 
 and breathe in, breathe out slowly.
Do this for almost 10 to 12 minutes 
and you will feel much better calm and relaxed. As compared to earlier.

5) LEAVE THAT PLACE.

The place where you are fighting with that person just leave that place. If you won't able to shut your mouth then the best thing is to leave that place. Because when you are leaving that place, your mind gets divert.
It helps your mind to think something positivity. 

Whatever the situation might be there 
just leave, the place. But remember that when you are leaving that place it doesn't means that you are afraid.
The simple meaning of leaving the place is you are changing the atmosphere for your benefit.
And the second reason is you had chosen to stay quiet and be calmed and relaxed instead of arguing that foolish person. Remember this line

6) WRITE IT ON A PAPER.

Write all your feelings, irritations and frustrations that generates through your anger on a paper. By adopting such a writing habit it means you are accepting all your emotions that you have. So, in order to find some mistakes or to decide whether it is right or wrong accept your emotions and write it on paper.

The best thing about this habit is that you could be able to express yourself through writing on a paper. As you all want someone who can listen to you, and your problems. By writing all your thoughts and frustrations on a paper your anger at some point will convert on that paper. Which will definitely going to help you to control your anger.

OTHER POINTS.

. Learn to forgive others, it is difficult for you because when we were on anger we can't forgive others. But don't forgive others because they doesn't deserve it, tell yourself that you deserved that forgiveness because you deserved a calm, happy and peaceful life.
. Remember this it is not necessary that you are always right or you are always wrong. When you are right 
then  don't apologize and don't try to convince that person you are right stay quiet. And when you are wrong 
stop arguing and accept that you are wrong. 
. Always use positive words in your life, in order to bring positivity. But sometimes we become angered and our positivity converts into negativity.
Words are very important so, be careful with all your words that you are using in your life.

Whatever the situation might be always use a positive words.
